Iniciativa pa Desaroyo di Empresarionan Arubano

“Iniciativa pa Desaroyo di Empresarionan Arubano” (IDEA) is working to bring change by stimulating small and medium-sized enterprises in Aruba, so they can start growing, expanding or recovering their business with more confidence.

IDEA dedicates itself to helping small and medium-sized enterprises make their dreams come true.

The goal of IDEA is to offer extensive help and guidance free of charge to entrepreneurs or upcoming entrepreneurs. These entrepreneurs wish to start a small business but usually encounter different challenges, such as basic business knowledge, access to credit, technology, marketing and several existing regulations.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry Aruba (“KvK”)

You can start your business by registering it with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Aruba. The Chamber of Commerce also offers the entrepreneur information through conferences, seminars, programs for entrepreneurial development and other relevant activities to stimulate entrepreneurship.

Qredits Microfinanciering Nederland

Qredits opened its doors on April 1, 2017 to serve entrepreneurs (starters) and existing SMEs to give them the opportunity to receive microcredit up to a maximum amount of AWG 100,000.00.

Usually, as a starting entrepreneur, you may need initial investment capital. Qredits can provide you with the opportunity to receive microcredit.

In addition to this microcredit, Qredits offers other services, such as mentoring, and it can provide the entrepreneur with tools to write a business plan.
