  • you were born in Aruba and have a Dutch nationality or;
  • if you were naturalized Dutch in Aruba and older than 18 years or;
  • you were not born in Aruba, but at least one of your parents was born in Aruba and has a Dutch nationality or;
  • you were not born in Aruba, but are married or have a registered partnership with one of here mentioned persons, live here, and are in possession of a valid declaration by operation of law pursuant to the land Ordinance on Admission and Expulsion (LTU) and can prove this by means of official documents.

  • you are not born in Aruba and have another nationality; or
  • other situations not mentioned here.

The owner can’t be registered as an insured at the SVB.
